The print is hand-applied (hand screen printing), followed by steaming, washing, and finishing―all carried out in an integrated facility in Japan.

Separate screens are created for light and dark color bases, with seven print colors used for each.

Layering effects bring additional depth and nuance, giving the impression of more than seven distinct tones on the surface.
