- The maximum amount of one order is 300,000 yen (including tax). Please make payment to the carrier staff when you receive goods.
You shall bear any extra charge for cash on delivery. - Timing of the delivery of goods
- Normally, we ship within 2-4 days after the contract is signed and the order is completed.
- Return or exchange of goods and cancellation

(1) Under any circumstances, you are not allowed to cancel your order nor return or exchange the goods you have purchased. However, if there is an initial defect in the goods (meaning that there is a clear defect in the specifications, or you receive any goods different from the goods covered by the sales contract), we accept returns or exchanges as long as you contact our customer support within seven (7) days after the arrival of the goods. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the goods have already been used, if there are no tags or accessories, or if we determine that the return or exchange is unreasonable. Please refer to Article 16 of the Terms of Use.
(2) You shall bear the shipping fee for returning goods purchased on this Website. However, if the return is due to reasons attributable to us, we will refund the said shipping fee.
