These shoes are crafted from horse leather made from Polish hides, tanned by an Italian tannery. Only the front horse section―the neck area of the hide―is used, valued for its fine grain and supple, smooth touch. Finished with a semi-vegetable tanning process, the leather develops a natural and expressive patina over time.
