You must register as a member in order to purchase products on this website.
If you wish to register as a member, please complete the registration procedures on the New Member Registration Page.
*Your password is very important. Please choose a password that is difficult for others to guess.

・For those who have shopped with us before

Please log in by entering the e-mail address and password you registered on the Login Page.

Selecting Products

From the product detail page, please select a color and/or size and click the “Add to bag” button.
*Please note that the inventory of a product cannot be guaranteed even if it is in your shopping bag.

About Pricing and Payment

Please pay the total amount comprised of each product’s price as listed on its detail page, consumption tax, shipping fees, and cash on delivery charge (if applicable).
You may choose from of the following payment methods:

  • ・Cash on delivery
  • ・Credit card

*Prices on this website are expressed as “base price + tax”.
*For cash on delivery, Sagawa Express e-Collect may be used.

・Shipping fees

Nation-wide ¥770 (tax in)

・Cash on delivery

Upon the delivery of your product(s), you may pay using cash, credit card, debit card, or electronic money.

Cash on delivery fee: Nation-wide ¥330 (tax in)

*Cash on delivery is not available in some areas. Please contact Customer Support for further information.

・Credit card

We accept 4 kinds of credit card: JCB、VISA、Master Card、and American Express.
Credit card payments can be made in one lump sum, in installments, or as a revolving payment. (The number of payments varies depending on the credit card you use.)
Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your order. The charge will be deducted on the settlement date of your credit card company.
Credit card payments are processed using the GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. payment system.
*There is no charge for payments made with a credit card.
Visa/MasterCard/JCB/Diners/American Express

・Issuance of receipts

If you wish to receive a receipt, you can download it from My Page > Order History.

About Product Delivery

・Delivery service

Products are delivered by Sagawa Express.

・Delivery timeframe

While it depends on the delivery area, orders generally take around 2 to 4 days after the contract is signed and the order is completed.

  • *Not including orders with specified delivery dates.
  • *Due to periods in which delivery services are unavailable such as Golden Week, Obon, or New Year’s holidays, or due to the influence of bad weather, your order may be unable to be delivered within the above timeframe or the requested delivery schedule. Please understand in advance.
  • *A shipping completion e-mail will be sent when your order is shipped. A Sagawa Express inquiry number will be listed which you can use to check the status of your delivery. Sagawa Express Package Inquiry Service
・Handling of missed deliveries

In the event of a missed delivery, the delivery service will leave a missed delivery notification.
Please select a new delivery date from within the redelivery period and receive your package.
If you do not contact the delivery service as specified on the missed delivery notification, or if your address is incorrect, the package will automatically be returned to us.

・If your order does not arrive

In the rare event that your order does not arrive after 10 days have passed or on the specified delivery date, please contact us here. We apologize for any inconvenience.

About Returns and Exchanges

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of defective goods or failed deliveries.
In the rare event that a product arrives defective or your delivery fails, please contact us within 7 days of the package delivery and specify the reason for the return.
We will contact you shortly regarding the return address and shipping fees (paid by us). We apologize for the inconvenience.

About Cooling-Off Periods

“Cooling-off” is a system that applies to door-to-door sales.
Please note that there is no cooling-off system applicable to sales on this website as it is an online shopping service which customers access directly.
